Icebug & all,
You are right about the credentials of SGDE. But the secondary offering is still not swallowed up. I checked bid x ask sizes and found that ASK-size is 10times as BID-size.

This means to me: MMs want to SELL You SGDE but they don't want to buy Your SGDE. Why ? Think because of the secondary offering. When ASK and BID size will get inline I might get into SGDE..
