To anyone...I've been watching FCSEW. Play is intense, as breakeven on them is ~$3.75 & they must be exercised by Tuesday. Stock, late day, was riding heavy between 3 7/8 - 3 15/16. Most feel warrants are holding it down. I'm wondering what the dynamics might be on this one; 1) whether MMs might have some and let the stock run over $4 again to capitalize on the warrants, 2) whether management might have some and be trying to push the price through $4 to make them worthwhile and bring in some cash to retire debt, 3) whether majority holders are driving the price down to keep the warrants from exercising and diluting the stock by ~10%. Don't know how these things play out & thought some of you might have some experience/examples. Thanks! LB
