Jim, Good questions - only too pleased for the chance to talk about Roper and Safe. I didn't post your profile name either - so what? I have been an investor in Silver Peak and Roper for some time, but am not a director of either. I originally helped to finance SVV way back when as I am a great believer in the ability of junior cap companies in Canada to get going in business due to the favorable (generally) attitude of investors to these small businesses. I have travelled fairly regularly to Canada and the US to see these companies as well as many others. Both SVV and RRN are run by Richard Watson out of Vancouver, who has been running successful businesses for over thirty years! SVV and Roper, and as a consequence they have the same registered address - did you not know? 8930 Oak Street, Vancouver. - go and see them and learn more about this deal with Safe! Roper has a web page reserved which has been designed by the same consultant as the one for Silver Peak. Hopefully this will be up and running when the deal is finalised. Terms are not yet finalised on the convertible debenture for $150,000. As soon as they are they will be announced. As far as the management of Roper being able to diversify, Richard Watson knows this business and understands many of the industrial applications, he has a group of very talented people around him.
