Robert Pool,

Thank you for taking your time to let us all know your impressions of the hearing. I felt like I was there with all the descriptions of the setting, time line, and witness responses. I was surprised about how long this is taking. It seems that Judge Cohen wants to understand the technical side of this argument as well as the contractual. He must be fair.

What closing arguments were made pro and con about turning the new designs and drawings over to TPP? Is TTRIF still basing its refusal to turn over the plans on the assumption that TPP will not be able to build and get enough waste contract to make the business profitable and pass all the stringent Polish environmental requirements? If that was their argument, did TPP point out the failed Fort Devens and Skagit county attempts of TTRIF to build plants in the USA?

Thanks

John
