I guess we will sit back and watch how it unfolds. I'm sticking with the big guy here,MSFT to win this battle. NSCP is a good company , They do have the DOJ on their side and MSFT has the Money to fight them.Their aren't too many people or company's that can fight the GOVT. but as you know ,your dealing with the richest man in the world and the most powerful company in the world.I'm not saying that MSFT is right in their BUSINESS practice, I guess if I owned a Deli on street A and there was a Deli on street B,I would try to take his business away, Make a bigger sandwich, offer you a free soda with your sandwich,but Im going to do something to get your business.But I'm not going to burn your building down.Maybe I don't know everything about this MSFT/DOJ/NSCP deal but as far as NSCP and the Stock Market go's,I went short NSCP at 28 1/2 , 2 days ago and my feeling is that were going back down to the low 20's high teens buy mid JULY.
