SFAM and IPEC got upgrades to "buy" from Southwest last night. I've really got to question the IPEC upgrade. It seems to be in the process of losing market share, and also is likely to suffer more pronounced earnings decline from the retraction due to its heavy debt structure. At these prices, and with the amount of uncertainty, if I wanted to hold SFAM I'd be inclined to short some IPEC as a hedge.
