The meeting went ok. Terry Anderson & Robert Waligunda were present, but Bill Martucci was not. The vote was 98.9% in favor of the reverse split. Only 855K shares voted against and 255K shares abstained. The
work to effect the reverse will start today. Seven people showed up for the meeting. Terry and Robert seemed very straight forward and very positive about the future of the co. They could not say anything that was not public knowledge, but it was pointed out that the reverse split to stay on the nasdaq would be pointless if nothing else was in the works. Look for a shareholders annual meeting by September and a few press releases before then.
