Ajay may be the largest shareholder. But it is very peculiar that SMOD should be in a position to apply a specific figure to their future earnings. Is he trying to resist/offer a takeover/buyout bid? Something to think about. If EXCITE/BAY NETWORKS can get a buyout offer, why not SMOD, which in my opinion is a leader in its field of business.
