chuz - don't confuse break-fix with the service offerings HWP IBM and CPQ are talking about. fee for service offerings of this class have never been in the channel. Dell has done some of this high end service also, mostly through partnership with outfits like EDS. The channel does break-fix and installation, in Dell's model this would be done by contract with outfits like Unisys. Two very different businesses.
