Mykldee - No, the exercise price of the W. after the news release, after it is formalized with the SEC, is .50 You have plenty of time to exercise. The only part that the $2.50 plays is when the common reaches that price, AND you have not already exercised, then, after they publish a 30-day notice, you have 10 days to exercise OR the company has the right to recall for .05 per W. Clearly you would never let that happen. Charger
