The GNII News is really good, but just HOW GOOD! The shareholders get a FREE SHARE of the new spin off company for every 2 shares we own of GNII, and the spin off sounds almost better than the GNII. Both stocks will trade independently, so this really is a free gift. As soon as we understand the new company more, the GNII stock could really go up, IMO
