Thanks for the information. It doesn't sound like the management was asked about what happened to put the company into the situation that it is in. It is nice that they "have good hopes for the company" (no body outside the management does ), but unless they squelch the negative feeling that is out here with some concrete information that "holds up" to scrutiny, it is all words and sooner or later people won't believe in the company and pull out. Why would they not put out this non-public information if is so positive? The next information that I think that we will here about is that USM has taken over the assets. I don't know if USM is a public company, but this would be a way that they could easily become one. The question is then what happens to our stock, or more to the point how successful are they and what are they involved in. Will the Franklin properties be abandoned, sold and will the "new" company be directed down a new road.
I disagree with the statement that the price "must be able to hold" and the company "must have a future" for them to put all of this effort into the reverse stock split. The point being is that, at this time, there is no other choice for the company! They are going to be de-listed if the value is not over $1 and if the company is operating on "loans" (which they are defaulting on at present), has no working capital and there is no revenue form any active mining or active milling to justify that price, the only outer choice is the reverse split to bring it over $1.
I did have a sell in, but I guess I'll stay in for a bit, at least until the public information releases and the meeting in Sept. I will be there for that one, (if we get notified far enough in advance). There are a lot of unanswered questions and lack of taking responsibility and mis-information about the real circumstances behind the loss of the working relationship with the mining company that would have turned this company around 2 years ago!
