I don't know if I agree with you, but we will find out soon enough.

PNLK's bid/ask according to you, are both below the last trade, usually a sign that it will open lower. I usually see 0's on the bid and ask when there is such an imbalance of orders in the morning, that the MMs will wait until the last minute to set prices.
