Zeev,
Thanks for the reply.. And your absolutely correct in that GRNO will likely use its stock as currency in order to acquire already profitable waste oil collection businesses and make them high profit operations. However, there is no way Bill is going to attempt this unless the stock price is satisfactory. If there is one thing that seems to hinge in Bill's mind, in my opinion, it is not to do anything that is considered dilutive to the stock. He needs to husband it in order to make later acquisitions. At least this is what I believe he intends to do. We never discussed the issue in more than general terms, (None of my business... :0)
As far as S-8 being Reg S, in principle you may be right, except that if Bill was even contemplating doing this, AND HE ISN'T, (I'm the one who brought the subject up) he would only do so at current market values of the stock. He is not going to give the stock away. NOT A CHANCE!! As regards, Reg S, he and Bo are in full agreement with you on this issue. And from what I've heard, Bill has had plenty of offers to do this. He has turned each one down.
Anyway, I agree that earnings will be the main driver of this company's stock, as well as the expected future earnings. I certainly have the patience, but I know that Bill would like to see more people become aware of the company. I don't expect any major promotion anyway until the processor is functional once again. Bill is a careful and conservative individual who didn't strike me as someone who is in the business of hiring boiler-room operations. However, we can all take a look at MUCP and recognize the value of having a "slick" promotional firm like Global Financial Traders on your side.... :0) (But then again, life is like a wheel... )
Thank you for your well thought out reply. I'm just putting out feelers here, and frankly Bill never asked me to do so. I'm just doing a little "maverick" polling.
Regards,
