Yes...you are right. That piece was put out by the Australian Securities Commission - I knew immediately that it was not US since it referred to "Corporations Law" in one of the first paragraphs, and that term is generally used in former Commonwealth countries.

However, the law does run parallel with applicable US law, and I think that I will use their write-up as an outline for a "feature article" in The Napeague Letter. It will probably be up in the next week.

The reason that I visited this forum was to tell you that I frequently assess stocks which are being widely touted on the Internet and publish these assessments on "The Blivit List" which is on the Napeague web site at napeague.com
