Oh God, just shoot me now... I had actually allowed myself to hope (just a little) that the Yahoo bunch might not be totally full of it and there might really be some good news coming. Somehow, Cytogen sueing DM for breach of contract AFTER DM claims Cytogen broke its licensing agreement doesn't seem like good news. Even if they win (and I think DM's warchest is a tad larger) how can you force DM to do a good job at marketing?! I really hope that I'm wrong but this seems like a desperate attempt by a company totally backed in the corner. The lawyers, I'm sure, are making out just fine on this one while we, the shareholders, get the shaft. I suppose I should look on the bright side an note that at least Cytogen managed to get out a press release... So far (10 minutes into the open) Cytogen is 1 1/32 by 1 1/16 on 13,500 so market reaction seem muted Here's hoping... Ed
