Hello, I did'nt know you were contributing here on NSCP. I've abandoned CHKPF thread, no useful information. Even here the bulk of the insight is worthless, but there are some nuggets.

Anyway, earnings are coming out end of day May 26 and I've been investigating company. Stock has been trending up, but not based on substantive news.

Here are the key issues as I see them.

1. Has NSCP successfully modified their business model. I feel they have. As detailed in the 10K qtr to qtr comparisons would probably prove meaningless, but, based on their new product mix/focus, I'm looking at positive earnings over .10.

2. Issue with Browser/DOJ is smoke screen, its the back end systems which are key to NSCP success. Clearly a free product is only being used as a teaser to capture eyes of user. Money for MSFT is coming from NT and IIS (Again Free to destroy NSCP server offerings), which is where real focus of DOJ should be, but who cares. Ubiquitous platform support should keep NSCP in server game for near term.

3. E-Commerce, this is the vision, this is the focus, and in my view the appropriate one. Announcement with bank is just tip of iceberg. Their approach to commerce seems well thought out.

4. Read between the lines of Yahoo. Netcenter does 2x advertising revenue generation, with add on of commerce solutions this will increase substatively over time.

5. Sources indicate support of all above. Additionally, they are very tight lipped on change in policy/strategic direction. A very positive sign given that their comportment is highly positive.

Finally, there are opportunities for some short term speculative gains, because analyst community has not done their homework, and upside suprise is inevitable.

I'm buying on Tuesday.

Enjoy the ride up.
