FAMH 40Mill shares resticted....they increased the size of the company 10 times with the Myriad acquistion. Who cares if there are more RESTRICTED shares if you increased the size of the compnay 10 times with 10 times the revenue.... point is, it doesn't matter how many shares, it matters what your earnings are. PRICE/EARNING RATIO....key word is "ratio" You are ignorant about how many compnaies there are that have well in excess of 100 million shares, aren't you? Not defending FAMH but wanted to point out that shares outstanding are not as important as PE I hate sloppy thinking and DD....take the time to understand!!!! I don;t care if you buy FAMH or not
