Kal: I think the real evil for MSFT is the guys pushing Bill in and out of the ( question and answer sessions). Imagine surrounding yourself all day with the best attorneys, they are more Pro-microsoft than you are! Why? they are paid to be that way. Agressive, agressive, agressive> Hey Bill "Don't let these guys puch you around, we can stall this thing, get 98 out turn enough profit to off-balance the money spent and you won't NEED! to back down". So its a shame that Gates has allowed these meriads of lawyers cloud what I think was HIS better judgement. Simply put, all Bill needed to do IMHO was to take (1)the three demands apply the( Netscape Icon) and things could have been dropped. That just proves another reason why most here "dislke thick-headed giants". Temp'
