Brendan,
There were transactions above my (sell) price. Although the bid didn't get up to 66, the ask was at least as high as 66 1/4, and I think it went up to 66 1/2. There were definitely transactions that printed at 66 1/4 - if my order had been properly displayed, it would have had to have been filled before any transactions took place at a price higher than 66. If you want to know the rules regarded how orders must be handled, check the NASDAQ web site at nasdaq.com - it's all explained there (keep hitting the right arrow at the bottom of each page.)

Craig, I was under the impression that you are not due a fill if there were no transactions at your price ... regardless whether they represented your order or not. I've encountered this on the buy side. Is your understanding different?
