The Vet: You bring up an interesting aspect of Market Making(MM). Of course all MM's will say, "gee, we're all about making a market in an issue, etc., etc., etc.. We don't understand what your saying." MANIPULATION is a dirty word to them, for all the obvious reasons. But since you've brought it up I'd like to conduct an informal poll. In last nights personal mail I receive a litigation docket asking if I'd like to join a class action suit against the NASDAQ in regards to MM activity. Inside the mailer are several pages of legalese I intend to read tonight, while sipping some Jack Daniels to keep the mind focused, heh! My poll is this; "Has anyone else received this docket?" Just curious. Meanwhile VLNC continues to move around sideways, forming a base. Currently $5 5/8 x $5 11/15, a nice tight spread. Regards! John~
