I disagree, on their 1Q call projected a "relatively small" sequential revenue decline because of a missed "qualifacation window". "It was an issue of convincing the customer that we could service their demand" CEO Ajay Shah said. CFO David Mullin also said the company sees the problem as short-term. "We think that this is a very specific issue and we can get it contained in a short time frame...certainly within the quarter," he said. Meanwhile the business gets worse and they say nothing until the 2Q bombshell. Security suits have been filed on less grounds. I hate lawyers and security suits, but I still think one will be filed in this case. It lost more than 50% since the the 1Q call. Life sucks... Tom
