Yes, the Company does own "short shares". This is not all that unusual, and is something every investor should check out, before becoming concerned about the % of short shares.

Also, what I should have said is, "If I were going to worry about anything, it would be their customers' ability to get their message out, so that end-users know what CMVT's products will do for them".

In addition, imo, approx. 50% institutional ownership is ideal (to lengthy an explanation to get into here) -- I love investing in companies that institutions are investing in.

And, when I've done my homework and purchased shares, and then the price goes down for no discernible reason -- that is the time I buy more, or at least hold on to the ones I have -- because in most cases the price will rise to the point of making the time I spent doing my homework worthwhile.
