Notes from our conversation our as follows: Current cash position is around $50 million. He didn't know the exact number(for that I will need to call Edmund Glazer) but that number is pretty close. Inventory higher because of Xyplex. It came down from 138 days to 118 days. Agreed still high but are working to improve this. He doesn't see it getting dramatically less because they want to be able to continue to supply their teir 1 suppliers but does see an improvement going forward. No insider selling to the best of his knowledge since Sept. They are considering hiring an Inv. Relations firm to handle this for them. They are also trying to attend every conference they can to increase their exposure to the inv. community. He wouldn't discuss any other possibilities at this time. He described EdgeBlaster to me. It seemed that he could have went on all day about it. It is currently being beta tested right now and he expects it to begin shipping in small amounts in June. Digital modems will be added(probably in the summer) when they become available. He expects this to be slightly more that 10% of their overall revenues by the fourth quarter. He expects to grow revenues by 40 to 50% this year and next. Last quarters revenue breakdown was 30-30-40 with 40% being done in march. He is comfortable with the estimates for this year and next as long as the company continues to work hard. He thinks .30 cents is "doable" this quarter as long as everything remains on track. He feels they are gaining momentum going forward. Hope this helps.
