I hope the Motley fool is right.I sold some Puts for December at $40 which are selling for $9. HDCOs problems seem two fold. The CCIR acquisiton and the downturn in the board business. These problems seem to compound. Interest charges, Austin "burning" and Pheonix underutilization. Although they did not break out cap utilization by facility it seemed apparant that Pheonix was a big problem and I thought I heard only $15 mill in quarterly revs. So CCIR costs plus rev drops to me seems to be the problem.
