How they obtained their estimated valuation of reserves is no secret. I just spoke with Joe, and he said they were obtained from banks and other financial institutions, which is why they strongly believe the valuations are "very, very conservative." Completion of audited valuations will take months, but they are insisting that we will be pleasantly surprised. More news on Wednesday. This is as cheap as it's going to get!
