Short term, where from here? Are we looking at a traditional summer slowdown? Last summer didn't fit that mold. I think the summer before was also very good. (in terms of overall market price movement) Now the hits from general PC component malaise (not directly related, but some id*ts don't understand) and lingering interest rate concerns conspire to make this a sloooooooow summer. These issues weren't around last summer. Sht, if I got a $1M bonus each of the last two years from trading and had concerns, I'd lock in some profits so far this year from my big winners, head to the Hamptons, and get back to everyone in September. The big funds started timing/locking in profits in the SEPTEMBER timeframe LAST year. Now JUNE!? Long term, no worries. PMCS is killing the competition. Just musing...
