Well that is what happens when one jumps the gun. Sankar: Anytime someone makes a decision without thinking this is what happens. You know 'bubba' could have waited 30 days before imposing any sanctions,enough time seek counsel before jumping the gun. What this tells me is this and that is the U.S had no idea about the Indian tests and it was a total surprise, otherwise the administration would have been well prepared to meet the announcement and could have reciprocated with a well thought out response.Am I correct on this or not??????
