Any quote on the junk bonds? Mark, Sorry, I am not sure about the question? However, Amzn issued a face value of $530MM senior discounted junk bond with a net proceed of about $330MM. (before Loan initiation and processing fee). At the end of the five year period, which I think is sometime 2002, Amzn will have to pay 10% interest on the $530MM per year, and of course, the balloon principal payment. Jan
