If the 2 ex-officers have been terminated by the company they may be under NO 144 restriction to their selling.

If they are restricted by Rule 144 in their selling I believe that they are not complying with Rule 144 because I see just too much selling from 1 market maker (Meyers).

If you have a warrant count could you please advise how many you believe are still for sale - Thank you.
