I agree with you that the feeling is prices up. I sell software to the same folks as Y2K sales types sell to. I have 3 points to make:
1. virtually all the F 500 accounts i call on are either way behind schedule or slightly behind schedule, there are a few that are on schedule
2. budget money is being diverted to Y2K projects at an accelerating pace
3. this is very interesting - some of the F 500 accounts are freezing parts or in some cases all of their software (nothing new can be added) until they are 100% certain they have fixed the Y2K problem.
all 3 bode well for alyd so i hope the stock will make up for lost commissions.
