Gary,
the funniest thing here is that they seem to sell the common with MARKET ORDERS (0.84 when the BID was 0.87). So either there are some people out there selling who WANT the common down, OR there are blunt amateurs who are "happy" either to have made a nice little profit up from 0.50 or some daytraders were caught who bought in at $1.40 ..

If You are correct that MIDL is being down ticked with all buys, THEN I might have a reason for this. MMs might want to get the common down to load up MIDLP first !!
