Mohan:

You are correct. Clinton is too naive in foreign policy. He is still intoxicated by the Chinese political contributions. His vision into the future is limited. Kissinger devised the Sino-US friendship doctrine when the world was having a delusionary threat from Soviets. Kissinger now sees the matter very differently and sides with a democratic India as opposed to dictatorial China. US should not have shipped missile & nuclear technology to China. The Administration has gone haywire. The administration is now totally chaotic. They can neither understand nor care for the ideals India stands for. One of these ideals is a total elimination of all nuclear weapons.

BTW, Bajpayee claims (I read it a few days ago) that Indian computer software knowhow is second to none, this knowhow drives missile technology and that Indians are ahead of the Chinese.
