I'm also amazed at Alex Brown keeping its strong buy rating when it knew what was coming. And I'm appalled after some thought at what I suspect Manugistics did to its small investors. The whole thing stinks! Maybe I won't buy into the weakness afterall; Management is one of my key considerations and there are lots of great companies out there to give our $$$$ to!
