To all: Leah Industries has 100 million shares authorized. Nine million outstanding as of yesterday and 3.2 million restricted. My guess is that the restriction is they can't sell until a set date. I forgot to ask for this date and if the restricted stock is part of the outstanding. This all came from the transfer agent today.
