I would agree with your last paragraph. Although the sector looks bleak for the summer, Ajay went directly out on a limb with specific earnings guidance. I would believe that he is highly confident of achieving this. Therefore, come October, you would have a company earning .26, which is up almost 40% sequentially from the .19 in the July quarter. I also read one analyst's comment today that the worst of the inventory glut of memory seems to be passing. Therefore if the outlook is better by October and it hits the .26, this could easliy be a 26 dollar stock. At 26, that's just about a double in 6 months. I'm buying October 15 options.
