here is the message i received this a.m. from triquanta via e-mail:

triquanta investments limited was informed on 11-15 by ron vincent, president of pavis llc that full and final certification and type approval for the Howell modified AT&T Dimension PBX system has been obtained from the Ministry of Post Telecommunications & Informatics in
Belarus.
As a result of this long awaited final approval Pavis(Triquanta's distributor for Belarus) can now complete customer's purchase orders.
We are also pleased to report subject to regulatory approval
by the Alberta Stock Exchange Triquanta will be signing an Investors
Relations contract in the next few days. The I.R. firm is based in
Europe with offices in the U.S. Over the last three years they
have raised several million dollars for Canadian and U.S. micro
and small cap companies such as Triquanta. Part of their mission
statement in this I.R. program is to raise Triquanta at least
$2,000,000 U.S.
When aproved by the A.S.E. we expect this extensive I.R. program
to have an impace on the stock as Triquanta's shareholder base is
further explanded to include new investors, brokers as well as
media exposure.--End of quote.
