John, excellent post. I can't figure out why Arif failed to correct the Ira claim of the outstanding share count as "46,47,48 million" in a CC a few weeks ago. Unless the CEO didn't know the share count. Pretty sad. With 28 million float (24? Arif already reversing himself?), I'm wondering what the odds are that every single shareholder who has owned stock in this company will avoid filing lawsuits over being given false information. Probably about the same as winning Powerball. In your future earnings projections, kids, leave a large chunk for legal expenses.
