Hi Jon: Yes I own Antler and Winspear having bought in on Sept 24, 1996 just after the news was released on Camsell Lake. The latest press release of Nov 12 indicates they could have a significant diamond discovery in the making. The reason I am optimistic if you read their press releases of Oct they are moving towards amalgamation of the 2 companys. By doing this transaction they will own 57% interest forming new company called Winspear Resources. The new company will have $8,000,000 in exploration funds to start drill program Feb 7, 1997. Each shareholder from Antler will receive 2.5 shares in new company, each shareholder in Winspear will receive 1 share in new Company. As it stands now Winspear has 32%, Antler 25% and Aber 42%. Also the new company will have diamond properties in Botswana. Also the last press release of Nov 12 states that the joint venture partners feel the recent results in their preliminary sampling indicates this discovery will rank among the best in the NW to date. Yes I have a theory for the stock. I would not expect a pullback in the near term and if you want to take a position buy some now and pray for weakness to add more. PS: look at the ratio of macro to micros in latest press release. Sincerely George
