FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

For any warrant on any stock that
is "currently" exerciseable/convertible
the following is true.

If stock (bid price) minus warrant (ask price)
is greater than the warrant exercise price..
one would immediately and simultaneously
buy warrants and short common. The price
differential above the warrant exercise price
is your profit on the transaction.

This arbitrage is not in effect for MIDL and
MIDLW at present as the warrants are not
immediately exerciseable for 0.50; therefore
the price relationship will from time to time
expand beyond the 0.50 exercise price.

Hope this clears up any questions for
this stock or any other stock with
in the money warrants.
