This company still has a real shot at making some serious money, regardless of the current share count. If you don't think so, then put up some real numbers instead of your verbal flatulence. The MAN remark is another example. Why not apply that PE to this company, or even the lowest average of companies within the sector with sales under 100MM? It's easy to kick a company when it is down.
