Don't forget that BOST was expecting over $1.00 per share in positive systemwide (operating?) cash flow ($75 - $100 million w/ ~72 million shares outstanding) until the latest releases. My main concern is that they could be pressured into making bad long-term moves due to the short-term cash crunch.
