Cliff, I don't mean to ignore your post. It sat there for quite a while, unanswered. Of course, it was directed toward Jon. As we know, he's at work now. I'm sure he'll get to it. But didn't Burgess, or someone--I can't remember--indicate that there would be no dilution for at least two years, and even then it would be minimal? Admittedly, I'm a bit fuzzy when it comes to digesting this stuff. And it is here, in particular, that I yield and call for the advice of the seasoned veterans.
