Dan, this is very confusing regarding FNET. So let me start. Franklin Telecom (FTEL), whom many people that follow that stock may have seen my post regarding PKT.A, has a division called FNET, that is a National ISP Internet company. They (FTEL)are preparing to IPO that division in the coming months, but as of now, there is private placement taking place at $1.00 per share and you can read about it by going to www.ftel.com. You can also find out much more about it on SI over on the Franklin/FTEL thread under the topics "Under five dollars"

Where the confusion comes in, is that another, totally unrelated company was recently given the FNET symbol by Nasdaq and I think that is the company you are referrring to, but it has nothing to do with FTEL or their division FNET.

I know it's twisted, but have a shot of Stoli and call me in the morning. gggggg
