Multiple monitors for trading.... I've tried using my Laptop (12.1" screen) along with my desktop monitor (17" screen) to be able to browse, research, read, Quake (just kidding) etc. while still watching my real time feeds, and I don't bother anymore. I have two phone lines and this set-up keeps both of them tied up...tending to irritate my wife. I could add a third phone line, but I'd have to trench about 200' at my expense, and I'm too cheap. I find that with my 17" screen, I can window my browser pretty effectively and still have tickers or market maker screens always visible. I'm about to order a new PII400 with a 19" monitor and I expect it will be even easier with the bigger screen. If I wasn't so cheap, I'd get a 21" and really solve the problem....
