I think it is holding up at 14 because the market likes that price. You get too many people like me who go OHMYGODSMODFORFOURTEENISABARGAIN! Short interest is too small to account for holding. A lot of people are putting orders in for 14. (Nice round number, makes it a nice 50% gain to get back to 21. 100% gain to get back to 28) -Adam
