I like so many here, "took it on the chin" w Judge Jones' decision. Certainly E-Data's "immediate" chance for credibility has been taken away. I have not heard from mgment regarding plans to appeal. No opinions yet on their chances or how long an appellate decision would likely take. I do think the decision is wrong. I am sure mgment and all shareholders have taken a hard blow. I feel and share "the pain". My optimism and enthusiasm have have pretty much evaporated for the near term. Mel
