David, I think you are correct that one of the benefits of the bond placement will be additional coverage. We should see some additional analyst coverage from Jefferies and perhaps some buying in anticipation of it. Though I have no sense of news waiting in the wings, I wouldn't be surprised if they did drop something on the wires to goose the stock price before the annual meeting. I'm sure they would prefer to see more smiling faces there. Baird
