Zeuspaul,
Choosing a mother board is like choosing a wife. You don't really know if your getting the right one but you know your sure stuck with it/her after the ceremony! I called someone who said I had a normal AT board from my description. I went to pricewatch.com (cookieville!, they set at least 6 or seven cookies) and there are just to many too choose from. I could get a 200 MHz MMX at those prices. A new system would run me more than upgrading. I need a HD, mother board and chip, cooling fan, a new power supply?, and a little memory. The SCSI scanner would not come with a new system so I can't count that.

MB & chip 275.00
HD 160.00
fan 14.00
power sup 30.00
memory 100.00

579.00

Well maybe I could just about get a new system for close to the same money with newer features too. What do you think?

Bob
