Was it a NASDAQ stock? Was Island down? Did you check the Island book? The Internet is not perfect - you have to keep a watch out for the little screwups that happen and act accordingly. If I don't see my order pop up on island and show up on the realtime streamer within a few seconds then I start checking. The tools are all there for you to use, but in the long run you are really all alone out here in the electronic trading jungle... Best of luck... :-))
